The guest-ready Studio is the public anchor: from €69,000 + IVA, all-in. Every other model — Suite, Residence, Base and Sauna — is configured to your specification and site, and resolves to a firm number in your 48-hour proposal. Only the Studio anchor is a fixed public figure.
What does the all-in price include, and what's excluded?
Included: the factory-finished interior, the reversible helical-pile foundation, mainland transport, and the crane install. Excluded and itemised in your proposal: site groundworks beyond the piles, utility connections to the plot, planning and tourism-licence fees, IVA, and any islands or overseas transport.
Are there fleet discounts for multiple units?
Yes. Ordering more than one unit moves you up a fleet tier, with indicative discounts from three units that confirm against your configuration. A reservation deposit secures your production slot; the balance follows fixed milestones — fixed price, fixed date.
Is VAT included in the price?
