Included: the factory-finished interior, the reversible helical-pile foundation, mainland transport, and the crane install. Excluded and itemised in your proposal: site groundworks beyond the piles, utility connections to the plot, planning and tourism-licence fees, IVA, and any islands or overseas transport.
Are there fleet discounts for multiple units?
