How is the Studio different from the Suite?
Size and layout. The Studio is 17.5 m² over two modules; the Suite is ≈26 m² over three and adds the separate lounge or bedroom. Both share the same platform, spec annex and one-day crane install.
Can a Studio be moved later?
Yes. It sits on reversible helical piles and ships with a Mobility and Demountability Certificate, so it can be lifted and relocated rather than demolished — which is what keeps residual value in the asset.
